How I Lost Weight Without Stepping Foot in a Gym

I, personally, have Beachbody and a gym membership. I am absolutely serious about losing weight so I invest in whatever is necessary to achieve my goals. I use Beachbody On Demand especially when I wake up early in the morning or when I am traveling and can't go to the gym. I can even do Beachbody workouts at the gym using my phone. You may also search youtube for workouts but keep in mind that there are advertisements that may interupt your workout. My favorite workouts to do on Youtube are dance workouts. I love doing a combination of Beachbody and soca dance workouts on Youtube because these workouts make me sweat yet I am having fun at the same time and barely feel like I am working out.
