RETURNS

Please read carefully

If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received, we will happily accept returns on full priced items for either an item exchange or store credit. 

We do not offer monetary refunds on discounted prices, so please choose carefully when deciding on products/s you wish to purchase.

Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 10 days of purchase, providing that the product is:

– Unused and returned in the original condition.

– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.

– Include the original packaging, without postal labels.

SALE RETURNS

All items purchased on sale are final, please be mindful when selecting. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase on a regular priced item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You may cancel an order or change the size/variant/option/shipping address within 24 hours of purchase. If that time-frame has passed, we are unable to cancel and/or make any changes towards your order because it has already been shipped.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. There is a 24-hour window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If that time-frame has passed, we are unable to cancel and/or make any changes towards your order because it has already been shipped.

Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.

LOGISTICAL/SHIPPING/CUSTOM DELAYS
Our policy is to re-send orders that encounter logistics problems with shipping or customs delays. Once we have identified a shipping issue, we will quickly re-send your order. These orders are not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please contact us if you are interested in a return/exchange. You will be provided with the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will process your refund immediately upon approval of the refund. Please be patient as some banks take a week or so to credit the refund into your account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
